The Hondius Water Users Association Annual Meeting of members has been scheduled for Saturday, August 22, 2026. This date is different than the August 1st date that has been typically used in the past, as the Board determined, based on the discussion with members at the 2025 Annual Meeting, that having a flexible date could allow for the potential for better attendance at future annual meetings. Given this change in date to August 22nd for the 2026 Annual Meeting, the Board desires to provide you with adequate notice of the meeting date. In addition, the meeting will be held in the morning, beginning at 10:00 a.m., and will be held in the meeting room at the U.S. Bank building, just east of the Library parking lot. Given the limited parking available at U. S. Bank, you should plan on parking in the Library parking lot and walking the short distance to the U. S. Bank building. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting. We will determine if Zoom or conference call access will be available at a later date. The Board has approved an amendment to the Hondius Bylaws to allow for the meeting date change and the number of attendees at the meeting resulting in a quorum (20% of total membership properties).
