A public meeting will be conducted for the purpose of informing citizens of the Hondius Water System located in Larimer County and soliciting public input, written or oral, regarding a plan to replace the existing Hondius Water distribution system with a new system capable of providing water from the Town of Estes Park on a year-around basis. The plan could also include non-Hondius users in the High Drive area in close proximity to the line, who would like to be included in the project.
The discussion will include a presentation of a Preliminary Engineering study showing the proposed improvements and layout of a new system, an estimate of the costs involved and a plan to finance the improvements payable over a twenty year period. The Park Village Theater is located behind the Country Market near the Other Side restaurant.
