Hondius Water Users Project Committee – 9/3/15 Meeting Minutes
Present: Jim Redman, Tim Breiding, Beth Coulson, Vi Burroughs, and Don Piepgras
The minutes from the August 5th meeting were approved and Jim will have them posted to the website.
Jim reported that he has not yet received the preliminary map of the system from the engineer although several attempts to determine the status have been made by Jim and the Larimer County representative. The engineer told Jim that he was attempting to complete the information for the Committee’s review this week, but nothing has been received so far.
The Committee discussed the possible timing for a public meeting to inform the Hondius users and possible additional interested parties in the area of the Hondius lines about the project. Beth has done some investigation into possible locations for the meeting and reported that the National Park Theater on Beaver Point behind the grocery store may be available. Beth will check into dates around the end of September and early October for availability. Jim will contact Ed and Rod regarding availability for October 1st and 2nd as possible dates.
The next meeting will be determined when Jim hears from the Engineer on the preliminary map of the system. We will then obtain the map and have a call with the Engineer and County representative a couple days later.
